 Company History &
Profile
The company was established in 1989, in Muscat, Sultanate of
Oman. Its activities began with re-packing milk powder in
aluminum pouches under the brand name "Al Mudhish". The consumers accepted this product well due to the
excellent quality milk powder, and the cost savings it
brought along. In 1992, the company expanded its
operations by setting up the tortilla chips plant in the
Rusayl Industrial Estate, Rusayl, Sultanate of Oman. The
plant produced Al Mudhish tortilla chips in delicious Pizza
flavor, which was appreciated by the consumer public very
well. This was because, for the first time, Mexican chips
were introduced in Oman, and it marked the arrival of a new
choice in the consumer's food palette. Four years later, the
company launched its fresh potato chips and
it became very popular throughout the Middle Eastern
countries. Later on, other snack products such as Rings,
Potato Sticks, and Corn Cones were added to the product
lineup. These products were also well received by the
consumers. The fresh potato chips lineup was then expanded
with the introduction of Chilli flavor, Salt & Vinegar, and Tomato flavor.
 Recently, the company
has added the tomato paste production line. This line
produces tomato paste in consumer pack sizes. Due to the
high quality of the tomato paste, demand has been heavy as
everyone wants it to be a part of the their ingredients
list. Thus, the Al Mudhish product lineup can be broadly
classified in three categories:

were well accepted by the consumers and this acceptance
continues to grow everyday.
